so you can get rooms for free? how does this work: you pay and get a refund, or never have to put any money down or ???

The BRG site we linked has a FAQ that will answer all your questions and more. I believe it depends on the type of room you book if its pay in full or not then you get refunded the difference and an extra $50 into your expedia account.
